LOCATIONS

If you find yourself in the enchanting charm of Woodinville, WA, look no further than Pablo y Pablo. Nestled along the Redmond-Woodinville Road, this gem isn’t just another Mexican restaurant; it’s an elevated experience that caters to cornucopia of tastes—from the devoted carnivore to the conscientious vegan.

Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a friendly staff that epitomizes hospitality, ensuring that each visitor feels right at home. The vibrant atmosphere, reminiscent of a cultured fiesta, sets the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience.

One of the standout elements of Pablo y Pablo is their impressive menu, which celebrates not only the traditional flavors of Mexico but also embraces diverse palates. Patrons like Sarah-Marie R. Boerner Albertson have noted the plethora of vegan and vegetarian options, which can often be a scarcity in Mexican eateries. Don't miss the veggie tacos and nachos, a delightful choice for non-meat eaters, while the inviting ambiance makes it equally ideal for family gatherings, as highlighted by Angela Guan.

For seafood lovers, the ceviche is a must-try; as Maria Stepanyuk attests, it’s not just tasty but perfectly portioned for sharing. And if you're in the mood for something hearty, the chicken tacos and burrito bowl have been crowd favorites. Drink aficionados will appreciate the extensive cocktail list, featuring sensational margaritas and exciting happy hour specials that Yarek Hrywna Rivers marvels at during his visits.

Additionally, let’s not overlook the dessert menu. The crème brûlée received rave reviews from enthusiastic diners like Garima Agrawal, who found it a delightful surprise even for those who might not typically enjoy caramel.

However, it's worth noting that the charm of Pablo y Pablo comes with a few caveats. As some guests have pointed out, parking can be a bit tricky, and waits may lengthen during peak hours. Planning your visit ahead of time with an online reservation can make all the difference in having a smooth and enjoyable evening.

In conclusion, Pablo y Pablo is more than just a dining destination; it’s a celebration of authentic Mexican cuisine that captivates the senses. Whether you're enjoying a casual brunch or an elaborate dinner, every dish, every drink speaks volumes of the love and care put into it. With a blend of creativity and tradition, a warm staff, and a pleasant ambiance, this spot has solidified its place as a must-visit in the heart of Woodinville’s wine country.

This was our first time trying this spot. Everyone agreed it was a really great spot with lots of good food options. There were ample options for vegetarians or vegans as well which can be hard to find in Mexican restaurants typically. The dessert menu was exceptionally good. Highly recommend. Do keep in mind parking in this spot is a little bit tricky so plan to come ahead of time so you have ample time to find a good parking spot. And make a reservation online ahead of time to make sure that you get a seat.

Great option for brunch or dinner. Their ceviche is really tasty and big enough to share. I personally love their chopped salad and chicken tacos! Burrito bowl is also one of my fav. Yum.

Came here a few days ago and was surprised at just how good the tacos were. Grabbed a bunch of happy hour dishes. Staff were all incredibly friendly, food came out very fast. We sat outside and while traffic could be loud at times it was still a great location to eat.

We had an amazing evening here. I am vegetarian and loved the veggie tacos and nachos. My family had some chicken dishes and really liked it. We were also celebrating a special occasion and were treated with a wonderful creme brulee (I loved it even when I don’t like caramel too much). Highly recommend visiting this place!

I have eaten here several times and it hasn't disappointed yet. Elevated, but not pretentious Mexican food. I haven't had a bad dish yet, from the tacos (yes, the vegetarian options are delicious too) to the soups and plates. They have some great mixed drinks, along with a great Margarita. My last visit happened to be during happy hour, so I was pleasantly surprised by some specials on the HH menu. It can get busy at times, being in the heart of Woodinville wine district, but very worthwhile.

The food was excellent! Service was a little slow, we had to ask for additional drinks, but they were great drinks! Cons from our group: Our friend used the restroom and advised our group not to use them as they smelled bad of urine. Parking is horrible in this area so be prepared to either circle around and around and hope to get a spot or eventually give up and park like we did away from the restaurant in a gravel area.
